How do I submit a new structural concern?
From within the app, tap “Get Started,” fill in the required fields, upload your media, and submit. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s received.
Can I update my payment information?
Currently, pricing is fixed per submission. For billing inquiries, please contact us at the email above.
Where can I find my previous reports?
Your submissions are emailed to you. We plan to introduce an in-app history feature in a future update.
